Therapeutic effects of Phleodia: Diosmin, the active ingredient of Phleodia, is classified under the group of phlebotropic agents and it possesses vein-protective, angio-protective, vein-restorative effects. This medicine has multiple functions such as: it increases the venous tone, capillary ressistance, and microcirculation of the capillaries. It also decreases the following: venous stasis, venous capacitance, and permeability of the capillaries. Apart from these Phleodia also improves lymphatic drainage, enhances the vessel resistance, and increases the systolic and diastolic pressure.

Indications: Phleodia tablets are administered for conditions such as:

• Increased capillary permeability
• Acute stage of hemorrhoidal disease
• Lymphatic disorder
• Trophic dysfunctions
• Chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs and its symptoms such as lower leg pain and heavy feet

Precautions and Restrictions: Do not use this medicine if:

• You are allergic to the ingredients of Phleodia
