Therapeutic effects of Sildenafil: Viagra Pills have sildenafil citrate as its main ingredient. The said component hinders the action of phosphodiesterase type 5 which breaks down cyclic GMP in the blood vessel walls. Cyclic GMP calms blood muscles.
