Active Ingredients:

  • Silymarin

Therapeutic effect of Carsil: Carsil has Silymarin as its active ingredient and it is extracted from plants. This drug has anti-oxidative and hepato-protective properties. This drug helps to strengthen the cell membrane of cells in the liver thereby protecting them from harm. Carsil also facilitates speedy healing of the liver cells, improves the condition of the liver, helps in digestion of food, and promotes an overall well-being of liver and other vital organs. This also normalizes the blood absorption of the liver. Carsil also interrupts the circulation of toxins and the restoration of damaged hepatocytes.

Indications:

  • Silymarin increases the cell multiplication and growth in liver. This drug is also used to treat liver infections like Hepatitis C and is also used to reduce the damage done to liver by Hepatitis C virus
  • As stated above, Carsil is used to prevent the easy circulation of toxins and its in-way into the liver cells
  • Carsil is also a very potent anti-oxidant. The free radicals which are produced in the body during metabolism cause cell damage and also speed up the ageing process. Carsil tablets help to prevent the damaged caused to the liver and other cells and also reverse the ageing process
  • This drug is also used to reduce the swelling of the liver.

Precautions and RestrictionsExperts have shown that Carsil is not harmful to pregnant women, breast feeding mothers and nursing women, but the effect of this drug on young children and nursing mothers or persons with kidney disorder is not known.
