Drug name: Nizoral

Active Ingredients:

  • ketoconazole

Therapeutic effects of Nizoral tablets: The active ingredient of the anti-fungal drug Nizoral is ketoconazole. The said medication's role is to impede the spread of yeasts and fungi cell membranes. It also stops the fungi from producing one of its vital elements called Ergosterol. When the production of the said element declines, holes develop on the surface of the cell membrane causing the fungi to die.

Nizoral tablets are used for treating the following conditions:
